Jordiana L. Graves, 35, of Ashburnham, passed away on April 11, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Her passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of those who knew and cherished her.
Born on November 29, 1990, to Kenneth and Kelli Graves, Jordiana—affectionately known as Jordi—grew up with a strong sense of connection to family, friends, and the world around her. She attended Ralph C. Mahar Regional School and later dedicated much of her professional life to the medical field, where she cared for others with compassion and commitment.
Jordi found joy in life’s simple and meaningful moments. She loved spending time with friends and family, whether playing games, singing, or gathering for special occasions. Music was a constant passion in her life. She enjoyed attending live shows with friends and often expressed herself through writing song lyrics and poetry, usually with a cup of tea and her beloved dog, Paisley, close by.
She treasured time spent visiting her family, especially summer days by her parents’ pool and evenings around the campfire. Jordi also had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and a genuine love for animals. Over the years, she cared for many pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits, and chickens, each of which held a special place in her heart.
Above all, Jordi will be remembered for her infectious laughter and radiant smile that could light up any room. She had a kind spirit, loved deeply, and always wanted those around her to feel happiness.
She is survived by her mother, Kelli, and her brother, Zakari Graves. She was predeceased by her father, Kenneth Graves.
In accordance with her wishes, a private celebration of life will be held. Jordiana will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
