Robinson, Sr., a revered spiritual leader, mentor, and pillar of faith whose life was marked by unwavering service and profound impact. A proud native of McAlmont, Bishop Robinson dedicated more than four decades to ministry, community leadership, and gospel music, leaving behind a legacy that will endure for generations.

Called to ministry at a young age, Bishop Robinson began preaching at just 13 years old and stepped into pastoral leadership by 18 at St. Stephens Baptist Church in Scott, Arkansas. His journey of faith continued when he accepted the pastoral assignment at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in 1988, where he faithfully served for over 35 years alongside his wife, Prophetess Dr. Brenda Robinson. His elevation to Bishop within the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship reflected not only his leadership but also the respect he earned as one of the fellowship’s youngest consecrated bishops.

Beyond the pulpit, Bishop Robinson’s influence extended into the community through his role as founder and CEO of Robinson Mortuary, where he provided compassionate service to families during their most difficult times. His commitment to education and spiritual growth was evident in his Doctorate of Theology in Religious Education, further strengthening his ability to lead and inspire.

A passionate advocate for gospel music, Bishop Robinson founded the BKLR Quartet Convention, led the group Bishop Kenneth L. Robinson & Chosen, and shared his love for music through radio ministry. His efforts to unite ministries across Arkansas through initiatives such as The Arkansas Gathering and Unity 1 Connection demonstrated his vision for collaboration and spiritual unity.

To many, Bishop Robinson was more than a leader—he was a mentor, a guiding voice, and a source of encouragement. His words, wisdom, and personal investment in others shaped countless lives, both publicly and privately. Those who knew him speak of his powerful presence, his generosity, and his ability to uplift and empower others.

As we reflect on his life, we extend our deepest condolences to his family, his congregation, and all who were touched by his ministry. Bishop Kenneth L. Robinson, Sr.’s legacy is one of faith, leadership, and love. Though he has departed this life, his impact remains, and his memory will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know him.
